a girl in veil

Posted on Feb 29th, 2008 by owais : Be good, Do good owais
A svelte tall girl
clothed in black, loosely overhanging her slender body
dazzled by her ravishing glinting hazel eyes
her beauty concealed by burqah

her fine body lurching
caused impelled by sudden jerks of rickety, cramped bus
causing her to wrap the black scarf
allowing me to peer at her catchy face.

though tempted to resume talks
but fearing due to sulky chaperone
stiffling heat, crowds and constant perspiration
made her to peep through the window fixedly

next halt, escorted promptly by chaperone
put me to quit the bus too,
being sneaky seeking her trail

rolling along a row of shops
stopped by a shop of varied ornaments
picking colourful bangles, putting on her slender wrists
and trying all sorts of jewellery, heedless of veil

I trembled as she turned
her gentle, gorgeous, graceful face
made me gaze at length
without fear of her morose companion
she collected herself by giving fierce & strange look
darted away abruptly with her chaperone
at once, she merged into dark crowd.

What is life?

Posted on Mar 4th, 2008 by owais : Be good, Do good owais
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 04, 2008:

I am defining life in reverse order, without sacrifice no life. life is wither like without love and friendly spirit. now see if you live a life for others which in turn employing you to sacrifice your selfish wants and so you are speeding up the spirit of friendliness because you live for others and so in turn spreading love of being together. In other word, a life is nothing but sacrifice, live for others, loves and being well-wisher for others.
now sacrifice would teach to build self-control, self-restraint and moderate.
and live for others would teach you compassion, kindness, loves.
and friendliness would only provide you knowledge, spiritedness, hopes, embracements.

if you add all them, you will get the meaning of living a life of righteous and a just life.
I think to live for others, being kind and sacrifice are these supreme and potent traits. is not it friends ?

What will tomorrow bring?

Posted on Mar 6th, 2008 by owais : Be good, Do good owais
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 06, 2008:

I see ill-fated, ill-omened for mankind, people scrambling for money, peace and lust , lush-green places turning into barren and grim places, species of plants and animals receding, the nature pouring down its animosity over mankind, people deprived of fresh waters, tyrannies increasing, people are disconcern for any relationship even kin's relationship does not have any importance.
the darkness of hatred and ignorance prevailing, humanity feelings curtailing into people rather feeling of egoism, self augmenting.

I imagine this negative and cruel consequences on the behalf of present happenings and feelings people posses for nature, women and impoverished people now days.

Love across the seven seas

Posted on Mar 8th, 2008 by owais : Be good, Do good owais

Love across the seven seas

so distant a land away from me,
a profusely beauteous, pretty-pretty girly dwell,
succulent ruddy face on lithesome frame
always creeping books, in seeking discoveries of wisdom
her mom tells, she fascinate knowledges ever born.

Love across the seven seas

gets up on furtive crack of tranquile morning,
rubbing eyes along haste strydes toward sun's view,
eyeing into eye-popping reddish round mass with many hopes.

lazy to write me
rare but loves being poured ornately & sweetly,
night passes in many sideway rolls of curiosity,
curiosity of her letters.

Love across the seven seas

switching abruptly favourite website,
with trembling fingers over mouse,
prying eyes ceases upon mail tab,
eyes rolling down inquisitively upon contents,
amain, a wave shudder through frame
get freeze, heart sinks, face wrinkle into melancholy,
causing me like wither and sulky the day.

simultaneously, whole frame blossom,
cantering joyfully, engrossly relishing her inscribes
eyes moving as fast like an edacity stumble upon food until last words,
again rising and following cursorily the contents,
chuckling, pondering, glowing into her fancies,
many a glance on letters, photos nay quenches her longing.
Love across the half-world, Love across the half-world ............................

Love across the seven seas

What are you waiting to discover?

Posted on Mar 10th, 2008 by owais : Be good, Do good owais
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 10, 2008:

every day is a new lesson of life, we do not know what this morrow will bring still we hope high for changes and laurels. a poor farmer is frowned and highly dejected but still hopes high for god's mercy of torrential rains, due paucity of rain his lands dried and grown produces spoiling simultaneously.
though, a man of penury but his high hopes leading him & his belonging one's life up.
I really do not know what is my destiny exactly, but yes I live my days with hopes,

a hope of light which shall drive me into wisdom and sense me enough  to just what is wrong & right.
a hope of change which shall put me into a balanced, temperance, prosperous and just life.
a hope to learn something new.
a hope of love which shall trust me & lead me until my death.
a hope of vision to see this world as a greener, healthier and loving world, where every creatures, from woman to children, from plants to animals shall live lovingly, harmoniously with equal status. where no oppression and poverty shall exist.

Hope is Life and hope is only discovery though. Thank you,

to and fro leisurely in forest

Posted on Mar 11th, 2008 by owais : Be good, Do good owais
I was hiking through lush-green forests on a pleasant calm morning. glary sun rays clogged by thick, profusely succulent vegetations but number of streaks sieve through them were scattered in murky  forests giving magnificent look.
Forests echoeing in twitterings, chirrups of birds, shrills of insects, murmuring sounds. dry and sere trees befallen, refuse and dead leaves splashed around cobbled trail were constantly trampling under my cruel strydes. shaggy rocked trails daubed on this part of forest widely.

green grasses were clever enough to catch glimpses due tiny droplets retained, and their sleek green magical view gratifying eyes. number of stumps, void patches, steep alleys leading to the small villages, natural crevices getting  struck during adventurous walk.
whilst passing through this gloomy dense forest, spotted agile galloping deers veering promptly on approach to them.
a small shallow stream babbling were striking to ears. I decided to quench large thirst  by clean chilled water of natural stream.

lucky enough to meet an ascetic during walk in his small hut. By now, strydes getting slacken causing to move with clumsy steps. I decided to take some rest around this place which was tranquile placid and vegetative. the crispy air, exquisitely scenic environment , magical intrinsic beauties of nature energised to move so deep in this forest. a relict idol lying inside the hermitage of monk, drawed glance  to examine it closely. it was splendidly antiquated piece in form of marvellous idol, I got completely startled by its flawless sheer look because monk told ' belong to ancient time '.

I waited for hermit to finish his prayers. By the time, glancing at ice-capped Kailash mountain which was however not visible from any other spot but from here. infact it was a miracle because being at very low height of the Himalayas which does not apprehend such vivid and clear views of high ranges of The Himalayas. it was a vague view of deers nibbling leaves, galloping nimbly on the adjecent ranges which was rather more florid and slant.
It was a light chit-chat with hermit, since walk elapsed much of time caused me to return back. which was very amusing, pleasing, and a great adventure.
