This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 19, 2007:
I get up early morning and jog in the out-skirt of city, followed by Asanas and in last i give time like 10 minutes to Pranayamas. although i am not regular but mostly this is my routine and feels tremendous energy, refreshing and soothing of mind and soul both. I am not habitual of waking up late night, but if there are works then it may last 1am ( maximum ).
This is my own experience and feelings while jogging in morning, enjoy my walk with energies flowing through nature, i enjoy the calmness, placidness of nature during morning, i enjoy the freshness of breezes, i enjoy the orgies of chirrups and murmurs of birds, i enjoy facing the sun while rising and some new horizon always provoke in my mind while gazing at sun. rejoice in ownself when i glance at first buds, it is awesome to see drops of moisture on grasses, leaves.
In my opinion, get up early is a wise and prudent mantra to lead a healthy, refreshing and chellenging life. cuz this is my own experience of extracting energies and developing energies through nature and blessings of morning, additionally Yoga also, Sages also have pointed to do yoga morning is best and congruent span of time.
Sun says to me - O owais convoke all those my well-wishers who are in deep sleep, and tell them, you can see me in morning how this ' life giving creature' looks - quoted by Owais.
Hence i invite every people who sleeps late by, to join my refreshes and rejoices with nature and Yoga.

Oh! I would LOVE to quit staying up all night, but it is my job. I work at the emergency communications center. I answer the phones if someone calls for an ambulance or the fire department or for police help, then I use the radio systems to tell the appropriate medics or fire fighters or police where to go and help those responders if they need something too. It's a tough job, with working all night, but someone has to do it. :-) I have been doing this job for 12 years. It's how I met my husband. He is a police officer. This month, he is working in the day and I am working at night. It is very hard when I can't see him as often as I want. On my way to work tonight, I cried some because I wanted to stay home and sleep at the same time as my husband and my son, but I had to go to work. Then I told myself– cheer up– at least you have a good job and not everyone is so lucky. I am truly thankful for this job and this life. I am truly a very lucky girl. Sometime in the next year I will hopefully leave this work for someone else to do and open a yoga studio. If everything works out well, maybe this time next year– no more staying up all night for me anymore. But my husband sometimes still will have to– at these jobs we take turns– some months working in the day, some months working in the night, so noone has to do it all the time.
blessings, peace, love and all too you too!
